First off - the hotel is located in the worst kind of suburban "desert". There are no shops or restaurants other than discount grocers (Lidl) and McDonald's. Fortunately, it is right on a tram line, which is efficient, cheap, and gets you into downtown Strasbourg in minutes. Otherwise, the room is fine (there's even a distant view of the Cathedral if your room faces north), the breakfast was fine, the room was clean, the beds were fine, etc. Just don't expect to be in the middle of the action if you stay here! Note: the kitchenette was small (only 2 people could comfortably sit at the table, no oven just a hob/stovetop and microwave, the tiny freezer didn't really freeze water, no dishwasher). The laundry facilities were small (one washer and one dryer) but worked very well. Soap, towels, dish cleaning materials, and cookware were all supplied free of charge.
