I went in and left because the air quality was very poor. It smelled molded.The room was unsanitary and unkept. I didn’t feel comfortable sleeping in the space with my children.

Our first room stunk so bad of smoke in a non smoking room, but they did give us another room. The heater was extremely noisy. The toilet had black mildew under the inside edges and in the ceiling over the shower. It did not seem clean. There was a fridge and microwave as well as coffee maker.

The room was freezing due to the ac being set to 60 and couldn’t be changed. The shower had mold around it, as well as around the edges of the room. There was no WiFi or tv the entire stay. No housekeeping. Asked for extra towels, the employee didn’t understand what I was asking for so. I had to go out to buy extra towels bathroom cleaner, paper towels and gloves to do their job. No front desk. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

I booked two rooms for an event and prepaid. There was confusion about our second room. The folks running the hotel said that the second room was cancelled after we arrived, the place looked way different from the pictures. It was very frustrating. We finally got access to the room, the hallway was smokey, smelled of marijuana...we ended up using one room...safety was a concern. I would not recommend this place again.

I am appalled that Expedia is involved with this place. We were at the property for approximately 5 minutes. The smell was overwhelming and moldy. And of course, there was no front desk, to voice our complaints. I took pictures. The a/c was plugged into the the electrical outlet that was crumbling and wet. There was mold in the shower and the ceiling. There was dirt and dust everywhere. We booked a hotel at Bird in Hand, through Expedia.

Spend a little extra and stay somewhere else
From the website and some of the reviews I read the Hotel looked nice. Upon arrival, it looked like a run down college dorm. We had trouble entering the building and our room, because there is no key or room card it's a passcode keypad. There is no way of knowing that you are at the Kiteville Hotel, no sign or identification. The was spacious enough, but I did not feel safe. It looks like people live in this building or sell drugs or a rent a room for an hour. This place is on our BLACK LIST!!! We will spend the extra money to stay at a place where I feel safe. There was supposed to be a quiet time between 9:00pm and 7:00am, but at 10:30pm there were kids running up and down the hall screaming and running outside. Of course there was no front desk to call and complain to. When we left as soon as we walked out of our room the hall smelled like dog crap. When we arrived the carpet was being shampooed. God only knows what was on the carpet. We will never stay there again.

The television turned on but there was no connection to any channels. No wifi and the carpet was gross. It was torn and frayed. It looked like they were trying to redo the room but paint was yucky and bathroom door was all chipped up at the bottom.

Overall it was a nice place for the price. However there was an odor of Marijuana in the stairway and hallway on Sunday Night and Monday night. would however overlook it and would book it again.

Comfortable clean bed with no bugs in bed or room. Large room with sitting area couch and desk. Window blinds were missing slats preventing privacy. Refridgerator was broken, unstable, and dirty.Bathroom had a mold issue that could have been controlled better. There are digital locks on the rooms with no instructions on how to operate them. We struggled to get into our room with the lock for over an hour and half with no staff support. Another customer helped us. Once we were settled in, for the price it was ok.

Rented for a week and it was so dirty left for other property. Manager did not return text or voicemail. Bathroom was filthy with mold.
