Our family has gone to the Public House for over 30 years. This time, the lights in our room went off in the middle of the night. When I discussed this with the front desk agent when checking out, the response was lackluster. I had hoped for something more than "we will have the maintenance people look at it." I have never had anything but positive experience there in the past; this time the experience makes me never want to return.

Spider webs all along and up and down stairs to the rooms. Air conditioner seemed to shut off at 1am. Only came on for 1minute every 20 minutes after that. Carpets on stairwell landing and hotel areas were very worn down.
