How to paid twice for breakfast
A little bit upset about the breakfast. I paid the breakfast online for two people/two days and we were surprise to be ask to paid again...... So I thought I made a mistake and verify few days later because it happened again in different hotel. This time, I managed to get our breakfast included.

Enjoyable
Hotel was easy to find, good location, could leave car & walk down about 10 minutes to S-bahn to travel to Esslingen. Parking was narrow & tight but free. Check-in easy & friendly. Room was open & bright, bed comfortable, good shower, everything was clean, WiFi didn't work & couldn't reach anyone to get it fixed. Breakfast had a good variety & was tasty. Would definitely recommend this hotel for travelers.

Good small city hotel.
Hotel is easy access to train station. Typical small room, but a very nice breakfast area with good selection. Limited English spoken by employees, but enough to get the point across. Very nice staff. No a/c. If you have to leave your window open, plenty of road and airplane noise. Inside, the noise is limited between rooms and hallway. Small shower. One of the two shower doors interferes with sink, so only opens inward. Not for larger people. Neither my laptop nor cell phone would connect to hotel WiFi.

Is there anybody there?
We were surprised to find reception and hotel closed when we arrived at 8pm. A letter in German was taped to the door giving a password to a box containing out room key which tok a bit of understanding as we have little or no German. Once over our anxiety and in the hotel everything was fine. Another memorable holiday experience!

good location for easy access to Stuttgart
location and service were good but room was basically only a single room with a fold out second bed that was a little uncomfortable being too close to the floor we had three rooms and two were this same set up and 1 was two regular twin beds but over all it was fine

Not great not bad either. I Would stay here again. I didn't have the breakfast but my friends said it was great. The rooms were very small even for germany but I got a good nights rest between the two days I spent at the beer fest in stuttgart. The cab ride was only 35 euro and took about 20 minutes.

The hotel is out of town but worth staying there!
First, the hotel has nice look from outside and the room is clean. The owner, Mr. Gerhard is friendly and so do others. Although it is located about 10 mins away from the train station but the air is fresh and morning stroll is best to do.

very impressed
selected this hotel because of others' reviews and i too was very impressed. it actually was the best hotels i've experienced in the same star rating. spacious room, cleaness, friendly service, convinient parking, quietness, tasty complementary breakfast, free internet and the reasonable pricing works together all very well. the only thing is the distance from the main areas of stuttgart.

A long walk
We ended up here because all of the usual airport hotels were booked. This hotel indicated it was "linked to" the airport. In fact it was a 35 minute 35 euro distance. Also we were told that it was short walk from the U-Bahn when in fact it seemed like about a half mile (unless there was a short cut we didn't know about). That being said, everything at the hotel was first rate and we really appreciated the great service, cleanliness and the good value.
