the highs and lows: Highs: bed: Very high. Stepladder required. Bath: Deep and hard to get in and out of. Maid service excellent. Bar staff: when bar is open and this only for a few hours a day, service is great. Good pour for the price. Lows: toilet: only 13" high. Long way down. Front end staff: not particularly friendly, and I had to ask three times to get a few extra hangers. Overall: good location - easy to walk to Ripe, Okinawa Sushi, Independent, Fionn McCools. Lots of free parking.

Nice location for shopping and tourism. Food was good at the restaurant in the hotel. However staff were constantly on their phones, and speaking loudly to each other behind the bar.
