Bed bugs! Beware!

Both me and my friend have several bed bug bites from our one night stay. Disgusting! Hotel was also loud and we were awaken by banging doors and shouting in the hallway and lobby throughout the night. Will never stay here again! Avoid at all costs!

We stay here because our dogs are welcome. Although not the most high end or pristine we are comfortable when we come to visit our son. the restaurant although somewhat expensive, makes good meals. We had no choice but stay close and even stay longer than expected due to ice storms. We were accomodated easily. Pool is warm and clean. We have tried every pet friendly hotel in the area. this is where we stay. Price is right and it meets all our needs.Thankyou!

Unfortunately, our stay was disrupted despite the polite check-in experience. We barely slept due to a loud argument in the room above us, with shouting and objects being thrown. The constant slamming of doors echoed throughout the building, and the argument eventually moved outside, with one person screaming directly outside our window. This was especially frustrating before a long 7-hour drive. While hotel staff had no influence over the situation, it was clear that the thin walls contributed to the noise disturbance, which significantly impacted the quality of our stay.

Disgusting hygiene and hotel

Check in was very cold. Lobby is not warm what so ever. While myself and others checked in clerk was always trying to help the next person which made it feel like I was not a priority. Hold is not on my credit card but my debt of 150.00, which is not returned right away but have to wait days. When they tried to refund it I caught it was actually another 150.00 charge. Was then told to go to other clerk who took my card and had to type in my card number to their system and told me it would be returned in 3-5 days. After them trying to recharge me I have little faith to get my funds back. I live so far away too that I would only be able to call if I don’t get it after 5 days. Hotel room was very scented, which is not a good sign. I suffer from headaches and what smell were they trying to hide. Took my kids down to the pool. The pool has white tile around top and was stained with a greyish scale. Body grease is what it appeared to be and a film on water. Did not use pool and would be afraid to get an infection. My children were very disappointed. I asked for extra towels as room came with only 2 and needed 4. I was provided hand towels and I even asked if they were normal sized towels and they were VERY small and was assured they were. Very disappointing stay. We ended up checking out and headed to the Marriott for our last night in Sudbury. If your a clean person, this is not the place for you
