it was bad we booked a kingsize room prepaid then did the pre register and all that said king size. when we checked in they idnt say anything about a change. when we got to the room it was a queen size. we called down and they said to bad thats all there us all yheir king size rooms are taken so we are not happy and will never go back. all they offered was a20.00 voucher and said se had to deal with who we booked through

Over all room was great the king bed is really soft and comfortable just one thing is that they should take more time cleaning and vacuuming the floor corners more still a little bit of dust and stuff, the room I had was super spacious and big it was great jetted tub in the room as well was very nice I didn’t know it would have that as well. One other thing is the channels on the tv barely any like a hand full of channels available to watch, wasn’t that good but yeah overall was great and would stay again

There is no continental breakfast. The only breakfast is at Perkins (attached to hotel) and you get 10% off with a room key. There is only one elevator for the entire hotel which makes it a very long wait at busy times. Our room had mold all over the ceiling in the bathroom, above the shower/tub. The tub also didn't drain properly - I was up to my shins in water. And dirty water because black gunk came out of the drain (EW!). My partner and I were staying here with our 10 week old baby, and the staff were hardly apologetic about the mold. Said they'd have someone come clean it, but we pushed for a new room (which also had a tub that didn't drain well, but there was no mold that we could see). Overall, mold aside, this hotel is a "decent" budget-friendly option. You get what you pay for, I suppose.
