The property is close to the Washington Mall so it's very convenient for visiting tourist attractions. Parking adjoins the building at $50/day. The hotel has a very hip urban feel with cool LED lighting and raisable beds. The neighborhood is well trafficked and feels safe. The check-in process is all online and via a kiosk in the lobby, but staff is there to help if you have an issue. All in all a very nice place to stay with a rooftop pool and bar at below market rates.

The property was clean and in close proximity to everything. We were told the pool wasn’t open when I called the property the day before, however when we arrived, the pool was open and guests were swimming. Unfortunately my kids didn’t bring their swimsuits. I would stay at this property again.

Centrally located hotel within walking distance of the Capitol and the Smithsonian Mall, and an easy bike ride to the Mt. Vernon bike trail. The garage, while pricey at $50 a night, does securely store your bike with your car overnight so it’s not out on the street. Nice bar with excellent burgers and friendly staff. Would definitely stay again.

Almost perfect!
The room, the hotel and the position are amazing! If you don’t need to talk to the staff everything is perfect, but if you need it be ready to wait. Only one person at the desk (very nice) but the process seems quite slow.
