Just steps from the amazing shops and restaurants of downtown Summerland, Summerland beach and Montecito, our unique location makes it perfectly accessible to all the top attractions! Relax, unwind and enjoy your stay!

*Please not the spiral staircase can be tight for pets and elderly folks.
Quiet hours are from 9pm - 8am. Pets are allowed, however if there are any damages to furniture or the home this may result in additional fees.
