Perhaps the hotel had to receive two big groups (some company anniversary event), I find both the service and the quality of food was so-so. I didn't expect dinner would be buffet, thought it would be served meal. Regardless, the food at the buffet wasn't cooked very nicely, some was overcooked.. and there were empty dishes, waiting to be refilled (for quite some time). Staff were friendly though

景色がよく、ホテルの前で釣りができました。丁寧に教えてくださり、初めてでも釣り上げることができ、楽しめました。 ビュッフェの食事も夕食・朝食いろいろなものがあり、楽しく選んで、美味しくいただきました。 お部屋は古いですが、とてもきれいでした。 大浴場は脱衣場は清潔でしたが、大浴場の木のイスと桶は少しぬめっとしていたので、プラスチックでも良いのではないのかなと思いました。 風呂上がりに無料のドリンクがあり、淡路島牛乳を飲みました。とても美味しかったです。

釣りやプールも入れて、スタッフさんも丁寧で親切でとても良かったです。部屋でお茶を飲もうと思ったらティーパックが置き忘れていたけど、電話するとすぐ持ってきて下さいました。

家族で夏休みの思い出作りに初めて利用させて頂きました。 釣りもでき、プールもあり、子供のために楽しい縁日もあり、とっても充実して過ごさせて頂きました。 子供達もとても気に入って、また来年行くと言われました

サウナがあるのに水風呂がないのはあり得ないと思った。壁紙で「サウナと冷たいシャワーと外気浴で整いください」みたいなことを書いていたけど何もわかっていない。 あと、従業員が部屋の中に入ったら色々と説明してくれるが、慇懃無礼レベル。「いやそんなん見たらわかるわ」と思った。 ただその従業員の方はマニュアル通りなのかもしれないので悪くない。 外国人の従業員は皆さんとても優しく、ご対応は大変満足だった。 ただ、もう行くことはないと思う。

スタッフの方みなさんとても親切でした。 外国人の方が多いですが日本語も上手です。 子どもが楽しめるようにとても考えられてるので縁日やイベントなど家族みんな楽しく過ごせました。 釣りは天候が悪くあまり釣れなかったけど、それでもこちらのホテルを選んでよかったと思います。 必ずまた釣りリベンジしにきます！

子供が喜ぶプラン（無料でマス釣り、カニ探し、スタンプラリー）がたくさん用意されており、たくさん笑顔が見れました。 スタンプラリーで職員の方に声をかけるのも楽しかったようです。 釣れたマスは夕食に唐揚げで出していただいて満足していました。 大人からしても、お料理が美味しかったです。

古いホテルですが掃除は行き届いており、スタッフはとても親切でした。料理は美味しくボリュームもあり。釣り体験は釣れなくても楽しかったです。チェックアウト後にお風呂が楽しめたのも良かったです。

家族で行くより、会社の慰安旅行などで行くホテルか。 露店風呂の雰囲気はよくなかった。部屋についている露天風呂もそれほど良くなかった。 コロナの時期でもあり、少し従業員は注意してほしかった
