We deeply regret staying at UTOP Hotel in Yeosu for the following reasons:
Firstly, we experienced significant inconvenience due to the failure to confirm the customer's request when making a room reservation. Despite requesting a room with a bed according to the reservation information, we were forced to stay in an ondol room by the front desk staff in accordance with your company policy. Please refer to the attached reservation number for further details.
Secondly, due to your company's customer service policy, our trust as customers was seriously damaged. Although we received a phone call in advance from your staff about a late check-in, we did not receive any information about the room we would be assigned in advance.
Thirdly, the breakfast was subpar as most of the food lacked professionalism, and the layout of the dining area did not consider the movement of other guests. For example, the waffles were not crispy, and the bacon was not properly drained of oil, making it taste like Korean-style pork belly.
For the above reasons, we are extremely disappointed with our stay at UTOP Hotel in Yeosu, which was the worst experience during our trip.
