Nice place to stay fot connection flight. Bus station with free shuttles to terminal 1 is about 100 meters by foot from the hotel. Shuttles departure is every 15 minutes.

Hotel staff gave me a room that clearly had water damage from a leak. But it appeared dry and fine, didn’t realize it was water damage initially. Thought nothing of it at first, but woke up to water leaking from the ceiling all over my open suitcase, soaking my clothes and things. Told the hotel staff, they offered to let me change rooms at 4:30am and offered no further compensation of any kind. I complained, they said the manager would email me. Never received an email, only an automated email requesting a review. Well here it is: $100 for one night to sleep horribly and have all my things covered in disgusting water. Do not stay here.

Thoroughly satisfied with my choice of the Tune hotel for an overnight stay between flights at KLIA. I appreciated the large, spacious lobby with lots of couches and chairs to relax in, the Grab-and-Go snack bar open 24 hours, and the fact it was within walking distance of KLIA terminal 2 and the eating options there. Reasonably priced at around USD 75.00 for a double room. The one recommendation is that the hotel try to improve its signage to the hotel from KLIA Express station at KLIA2. Fortunately, security staff at KLIA2 were able to direct me.
