Room was painted and flooring is laminate. Bathroom was dirty. Black smudge all over the door. Baseboard tile missing in areas. Tub/shower was grungy. Good water pressure. Sink faucet sprayed all over. Towels are wafer thin. Garbage was not emptied when towels were picked up in second day. TV sound was very low. I would not stay there again.

Room dirty floor not mop, head board on the bed is filled with dust. Sink need to be replace. Bath Towels look like rag. Motel 6 is cleaner than this hotel. Will not stay here again.

It has no internet! And front desk said to me oh it is not included in the price, they refuse to compensate, and told me if you want to complain go ahead. And the door lock is not working! The front desk said "We didn't know!" well, so I should know? In the heart of silicon valley your hotel has no internet :) If I knew I wouldn't book! The traffic noise is high and people next door open/close door makes big sound. Not good stay. Be aware!
