Enjoy spectacular views of the Pumicestone Passage & Bribie Island from this spacious two bedroom apartment.

Located directly across the road from Happy Valley & Bulcock Beach, the Araluen complex is located in a prime waterfront position! It is only a minutes’ walk to the coastal boardwalk which takes you around to Kings Beach, perfect for swimmers and surfers alike, or you can entertain the kids at one of the lovely parks along the way.

Araluen is also close to many of Caloundra's cafes and restaurants plus an array of shops - so you can happily leave the car in the garage!

Other features include front and back balconies, ensuite, dishwasher, TV, washing machine, dryer, lift access and fans throughout and air con in the second bedroom only. The Araluen complex also has a pool, sauna and tennis court.

Please note that as of July 2015 the spa at this complex has been disengaged.
