Located near the prime headland of Kings Beach, this neat and tidy apartment delivers memorable holiday experiences time and time again. With stunning ocean views stretching from Kings Beach to Bribie Island, you will find it difficult to drag yourself away from the balcony! Take a short walk along Anzac Parade, cook up a feast on the Bbqs across the road, or simply sit on one of the many benches and enjoy the scenery - maybe even spotting whales playing in the distance. Located close to the in Surf Club, great restaurants and cafes, this apartment has much to offer.

Please be advised there is concrete cancer elimination works at the complex commencing 17/01/22 for 2-3 months dependent on weather and Covid restrictions. There may be some noise and jackhammering. Every effort will be made by the trades people to minimise disruption to guests. The pool and driveway will also be inaccessible at times.

Walk to Kings Beach 'Mets' Surf Club and have a drink overlooking the ocean, or head to the well-known Kings Beach Tavern. Indulge in the local Thai and Seafood restaurants in the area which are 5 star quality. Choices aplenty. Take the kids to Happy Valley where they can entertain themselves for hours on end on the extensive play equipment and of course, who could forget the beach where you can soak up the rays and laze on the soft sand all day.

If you are in search of retail therapy, it's just a 2 minute drive to the Caloundra Cbd where you can shop to your hearts content.

The lounge room consists of two 2 seater couches, a single couch, a television and a Dvd player. The dining room has a dining setting to suit 4. The kitchen is complete with a microwave, fridge, oven, cook top and all cooking utensils. The bathroom consists of a vanity unit, shower over the bath and the toilet in an adjacent room. The laundry offers a washing machine, dryer, clothes airer, iron, ironing board and a vacuum.

There is a long balcony located off the lounge room which extends past the main bedroom. There is also a small balcony off the bathroom.

The apartment also features access to the complex swimming pool, as well as a secure lockable garage.

Older property which has been nicely refurbished throughout. Great view and good location. Only downside was fairly low clearance in carport, not an issue unless in 4WD with roof rack.

Good location for walks, in-between Moffat Beach and Golden Beach. Good views and roomy unit.
Property is old and security was an issue for me. Five exterior doors in the unit and the main front security door on the ground level to the building was constantly left open. Overall, plenty of room and good views but no security fly screens.
