The space

‘Where the Beach meets the Bush’. Couples and small families will be delighted with this unique & bespoke studio. You can enjoy the first-class Sugar Bag Mountain Bike Trails, or have fun surfing, paddle boarding, kayaking or snorkelling in one of the pristine water beaches just few minutes away. Walk along the beautiful forest trails, coastal pathways, and head down to one of the many trendy cafes and restaurants, or alternatively prepare your favourite barbecue in the surrounding parks – it’s all at your fingertips!
The best of both worlds: the bush and the beach. Hidden away at the top of Sugar Bag Rd, our customised studio is fully furnished, with private space having all you need for your next holiday or work trip.


Inside the studio, you'll find a light and bright airconditioned open plan living/dining space. Chef's kitchen has a timber bench top coupled with a Mediterranean style splashback. A modern living area with a fold out double sofa bed, a cute & handy office desk and a stylish bathroom are all you need for a comfy stay, enjoying all the Sunshine Coast and Hinterland has to offer. A beautiful, handcrafted timber screen will bring privacy to the bedroom area while exuding comfort and relaxation.


After a hard day mountain biking, enjoying the beach or exploring one of the many local attractions, relax outside the house with a coffee, tea or a cold drink in our elegant semi-closed area, on the deck or under the outdoor umbrella overlooking the beautiful private garden, listening the birds and the mountain breeze.
