I recently stayed at this motel and was left with mixed feelings. The standout feature was definitely the breakfast, which was well-prepared and enjoyable. However, there were several issues that detracted from the overall experience.
Firstly, there was a significant lack of service. Despite booking for three people, the futon lounge was not made up or ready upon our arrival. It took a frustrating 40 minutes for housekeeping to address this. Additionally, no extra towels, pillows, or blankets were provided for the third guest, which was disappointing given that the third guest had been paid for.
The pool area was another letdown. It wasn't cleaned at the end of the day, leaving the same glasses and plates from the previous night scattered around. Tables remained dirty, and towels were left strewn over deck chairs, giving a neglected impression.
Overall, while the breakfast was a highlight, the motel's housekeeping and maintenance need significant improvement. The staff would benefit from more training and efficiency to enhance the guest experience.
