Tried to get away from it all with a day watching sport in air conditioned comfort. Streaming services did not work, staff made poor excuses as to why. Ordered an extra hot coffee from the restaurant and it came out tepid. Mentioned it to staff and the only response I got was “I can put it in the microwave.

This property was quiet and comfortable. Definitely the right kind of accommodation around a private hospital. It was nice to get chips, chocolate and wine complimentary in it he room.

This property would have scored better but as there was still a condom in the bathroom the experience was soured. On notifying front desk the offending condom was removed and a little disinfectant was sprayed in the area. We were not offered another room. A photo of the condom in situ was to be sent to the general manager. I have not any contact or offical apology from Mercure even after 3 days.

Upon my arrival the receptionist was awesome, I had just driven 10 hours and was so exhausted, down and out, but chatting with the receptionist she was very friendly and professional and she was so funny my checking in was a breeze and she made sure everything was ready because I checked in after midnight, that was a bonus for me, there was a false alarm n at about 8:30pm on Monday night and my shower in the room just kept flooding the bathroom and water also started to flowed out into the entrance just outside the the bathroom door, the location was great other than the shower issue and the false alarm everything else was awesome definitely staying there again because the staff were awesome!!!! Thank you Mercure Kawana Waters!🌺🌺

Room was good. I didn't think the shower plug hole was actually at the lowest point. Seemed to get water collate at the back and seep onto floor. Other than that is was pretty good.

This was a great hotel and I'd stay again. Only weird things were the wifi was really bad and a few things were missing from our room, like towels etc., and nobody would bring them up to our room. Otherwise great hotel.
