Unit 5 has been modernly furnished with style & comfort in mind, will sleep up to 5 guests in a King & trio bunk bed (with a double on the bottom and single on top). The master bedroom has an ensuite and the main bathroom has a shower over a full bath. Key features of the unit include Free Wi-Fi, Smart TV, DVD, dishwasher and flyscreens throughout. There are also 2 x balconies. For the warmer months there are ceiling fans in the lounge room and main bedroom, and a pedestal fan in bedroom 2.

Unit 5 is located on the third floor with stairs, and the complex offers undercover security parking for one vehicle (per unit) and an inground swimming pool.
