Listen to the waves while you drift off to sleep from a sun-soaked day with your toes in the sand. This newly built modern retreat has everything you need for the perfect beachside holiday with its beautifully decorated, spacious living area, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
Located in vibrant Coolum Beach just a 20min walk away from trendy shops,
delicious restaurants and cafes, as well as local events.
A 400m (5min) stroll to the beach will have you enjoying the breathtaking sunrise and sunset

This newly built 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom unit is located on the second floor and encompasses modern living with spacious, light-filled interiors. The open-plan living area with large sliding doors seamlessly flows to your own private balcony with a BBQ, outdoor dining table, and outdoor settee.

The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need with a fridge, microwave, dishwasher, oven, stove, and even a Lavazza pod coffee machine to brew that perfect cup.

A large comfortable sofa in the living room makes it easy to kick back and watch the large wall-mounted TV with free wifi.

Just off the living room is your master suite with a luxuriously comfy king bed, a beautifully presented ensuite with boutique toiletries provided, a walk-in robe, and large sliding doors leading to the deck.

The second bedroom provides 2 single beds that may also be converted into a king bed and 3rd bedroom with a double bed. All linen provided is hotel quality for a luxurious feel while you have a good night's sleep.

The main bathroom between the 2 bedrooms features a walk-in shower, toilet, and large mirrored vanity.

Off the kitchen is your laundry room with a washer and dryer and a small balcony with a clothesline. Ducted Air conditioning and heat are sure to provide comfort during any month that you may visit.

A shared outdoor pool and outdoor shower are also available for guest use.
Guests will also have access to 1 undercover parking spot.

Kindly observe the 10 am check-out time so our cleaners have enough time to thoroughly and safely prepare the space for the next guest in line with Airbnb’s enhanced cleaning standards.

Please leave the home neat and tidy. We may need to charge guests for additional housekeeping time if our team is required to stay longer.

If smoking occurs on the property, we will have to charge guests to have the furnishings and carpet deodorized.

Please try not to misplace keys or fobs; any replacement fees will need to be passed on to our guests.
