WARNING!!! No cooling!?!? In Queensland?!?! No refund once they spring it on you. We left and stayed somewhere else and will need to go to court to get our money back

Disliked: Property conditions & facilities
Uncover parking very tight and difficult to get into. The apartment was 5 flights of stairs with no lift which wasn’t too bad except when you enter the apartment it’s like something from the 1970’s, extremely dated, several lights and fans didn’t work, there was no air con or Wi-Fi (they did state about the wi-if in the ad) and you couldn’t use the balcony because the screws on the rail were loose and the brick work was coming away so it was a bit concerning. Overall it was neat and tidy but certainly needed updating especially with cooling/heating. Also although the location was great, the noise was ridiculous. Ok for the price but probably wouldn’t stay there again.
