Beautiful Home in Private Community
We stayed at Utopia Beach house for three nights. It was a beautifully presented home with all the extra added features. The pool and spa were a highlight of the property as well as the pool table and games machine for the kids. The rooms were all spacious and tidy with separate air conditioners in each room for those warmer months. The outside of the house is set in a well covered area with lots of trees and greenery which provides a lot of privacy. The home is close to many shops, a small drive from the property. The check in process was smooth and easy. We all very much enjoyed our time there and would recommend to any medium to larger size group as the property comfortably would suit at least 8 people. Thankyou for sharing your property with us! We will definitely be back!

Utopia stay
This house is absolutely gorgeous. Was perfect. Plenty of games to play. The pool, spa and pool table was a hit. We had a girls trip here and we could not fault it. The kitchen had everything we needed. We will definitely be back. To have our little dog welcome was the icing on the cake to the most perfect place to stay.

It was lovely staying here- exactly like the pictures and more. The only negative was some empty wrappers and food containers were shoved underneath 2 of the beds and in one of the cupboards and some of the dishes and chopping boards were packed away dirty. Otherwise it was fantastic! Lisa and Linda were quick to personally deliver us bedding for our 3 year old when it was set up for adults only. That kitchen lacked nothing and we gifted it some chopping boards and dishwasher tablets in gratitude! We enjoyed ourselves in the house as well as in the town. Thank you!

Beautiful oasis in a stunning and private setting
We booked Utopia beach house the night before checking in after problems with another property and couldn't have been more pleased when we arrived. Staff made the whole check in simple and the property was immaculate. It is still very close to shops etc but feels completely private being in a gated community. The house is private from the street with beautiful palms all around and has a lovely spa and plunge pool. We absolutely loved spending our babymoon here and will be back next year.
