The vacation of your dreams awaits at this beautifully renovated family-friendly home, featuring a sparkling pool that is completely enclosed by a privacy fence. Sunbathe on lounge chairs between refreshing swims. Or, kick back and breathe the salty air while relaxing on two covered porches (front and rear). You’ll love being located a short walk to private beach access and within easy walking distance to island restaurants, coffee shops, Holden Beach Chapel, city park, and music venue.

Inside, find updated furnishings in the living and dining room, and a well-equipped kitchen with new appliances (2021). Enjoy a coveted open layout, complete with four bedrooms all on one floor. Four TVs, equipped with cable and/or a DVD player, provide entertainment. Central air conditioning plus heating, ceiling fans, and an enclosed outdoor shower add convenience.
