The outdoor area, a beautiful green garden, is completely fenced and has a Jacuzzi and a pool (8x4m and 1.5m depth). This pool can be heated or cooled and has a fountain under which one can ask for a pleasant massage. But you can also relax on one of the beach chairs under the parasol. Outside there is also a dining area and a barbecue. Here you can end the day with a good wine from the region. The entire house is air-conditioned and has Wi-Fi access. The house has a private parking, where you can park 4 cars. Thus, you can spend a wonderful holiday in the Villa Dalmatia on the Adriatic coast.

Many attractive amenities are just a short drive away, like the remains of Roman times; Forum, Fünf-Brunner-Platz, Church St. Donat with the Byzantine Rotunda - this is a landmark of the city of Zadar. As you leave the old town of Zadar, you will discover two modern waterfront attractions: the created Sea Organ and the "Greetings to the Sun". They are considered a tourist attraction and a popular place among the locals, where you can experience the most beautiful sunset just before dusk.
