The check-in went smoothly fast. The amount that I have to pay for is a good steal for the money since I booked this over Travel Tuesday deal. I give 4 out of 5 stars because the the hotel don't allow food deliveries straight to the hotel room door. I have to put on/change clothes for me to pick up the food from the reception which nakes it inconvenient.

It got really infuriating every time the key cards failed! Having to traipse up and down to get a new key card was a joke - it happened this and the last time I stayed.

Incredibly good value
Incredibly good value for money. Spotlessly clean, large rooms, comfy beds, terrific breakfast buffet, good bar. Only minor gripe was a lack of staff in the bar area on Sunday after breakfast. Took a while to get a coffee, then staff dissappeared again. If you're staying with kids, note you can have 2 adults & 2 kids under 12 in one room, with a king sized & queen sized bed. We didnt pick up on this & booked adjoining rooms. They delivered a activity/snack bag for the kids to the room, nice touch. Despite the minor gripes we were very impressed with the hotel & would recommend.

Meets the minimum needs, good location, and rather newly refurbished. Unfortunately, disappointing quality if the food seeved as part of room service- small portions and overpriced.
