I was able to check in early and was given a room upgrade. Went for dinner and breakfast upstairs which was convenient and had great views. The in room options were great. Everything you could possibly need. I ended up using and buying the tote which is amazing quality. Overall I can’t fault it!

We were warmly welcomed by the concierge, everything was explained and our room waiting for us. Loved the gym it’s small but has lol you need and the pool area has great views. We have a long wait to our flight out and are so thankful that we can leave our luggage at the hotel while we wander round for the day. Much appreciated. Would stay again.

Convenient to the light rail and train. Walkable to all eateries, opera house and shopping. Right outside of Wynyard train station. Take exit George st and hotel is right on the left. Great location to stay. Didnt eat at the restaurant or went to the pool because sydney has so much to offer.

This is the second time this year we have stayed at A by Adina. We just love the apartment feel of the rooms, the location opposite Wynyard and light rail just outside, and having a little tipple at the sky bar. We just enjoy the overall vibe of this place. The only criticism is the room we had this time around had no windows, which wasn’t a huge deal but also did not have much ventilation. My husband made the mistake of closing the sliding door to the room and I woke up hot and congested. It was hard to breathe. If you end up in one of these rooms, keep the door open! Otherwise enjoy your stay at A by Adina!

Hotel is in a great location, with very easy access to Circular Quay and the main shopping areas. The bed was super comfy and the staff were really friendly. The room had a nice kitchenette area with a sink, microwave oven, kettle, crockery and cutlery etc, and there was a carafe for water to refill and keep in the fridge to save buying bottled water, this was a nice touch. One of the downsides was the annoying curtains, which would automatically open each and every time you come back to the room. They seemed to have a mind of their own too, and would open/close randomly!Being on the 2nd floor, people at street level could pretty much see in the room so this was quite annoying. The communal areas of the hotel were so dimly lit so felt a little oppressive but I guess it was just a bit of a vibe/mood they were trying to set. There is a tram/light rail line that runs past the hotel, and again, being on the 2nd floor meant I could hear it and feel the vibrations every time one went past. That, on top of the construction works adjacent to the hotel (which, in defence of the hotel, this can’t be helped and they did advise me in advance) meant that I didn’t have the best sleep.

Great choice
Really enjoyed our stay at A by Adina. Very convenient location - it’s right in the heart of the CBD, almost directly opposite Wynyard station with step free access to airport train platforms. A short walk from Circular Quay, The Rocks, Darling Harbour, Barangaroo, Westfield, the Botanical Gardens, QVB, and the light rail is also accessible for travelling further. Room very modern and comfortable. The ‘smart’ lighting and blinds controller was sometimes a little too ‘smart’, it would turn the lights off and open or close blind all by itself and the wrong times. But wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.
