In this post-COVID time, I think it is essential that some direct external ventilation be available in all hotel rooms. My seventh-floor room had a grill/screen outside the windows, and the windows were locked. I should have been able to open a window, just a little bit, for direct ventilation. Also, the "table" bench/workstation was too shallow for a laptop to be opened or even an iPad with a stand. Do not expect to do PC-based work in a comfortable and safe position in the seventh-floor rooms. First World Problems, I know, but you asked.

Only 3 minute walk to the light rail station. Very nice breakfast. Free sparkling water is provided. V refreshing! V nice free coffee capsules provided. I love the Dyson hair dryer!

Great location
Lovely boutique hotel in a great location. Friendly staff, comfortable beds, nice cafe/bar downstairs with plenty of seating. The room was quite small but had everything you need as well as a view of the walking bridge. Also easy to park at Harbourside parking station just across the road. Would stay here again
