The space:

Avalon breakers retreat has everything you need for a relaxing weekend getaway or longer stay - the choice is yours!

The kitchen has well stocked utensils and cooking essentials for your use.

Bedroom 1 - 1 x King bed

Bedroom 2 - 1 x triple bunk (queen base and single top)

There is an external laundry with a dedicated washing machine for the apartment and a clothes horse for drying.

Undercover parking in a dedicated bay is available for your use throughout your stay.

You will be given instructions to access keys for the apartment on arrival.

The cleaning fee includes an exit clean and fresh bedlinen and bath towels for all beds, ready for your arrival. All beds will be made up prior to your arrival.

Please note, you will need to supply your own beach towels, if required.

Loved our beautiful stay
We absolutely loved our stay in Avalon. It was the perfect location and had everything we needed. Georgia was lovely and attentive for any questions we had. We would highly recommend staying here and look forward to returning one day!

Comfortable apartment in a beach town
My husband and I were ending our trip to Sydney with a couple nights on the beach. This listing was true to the description with comfortable beds and couch in the living room. It’s a quick walk just a block to great cafes and a grocery, and just across the parking area to Avalon Beach. We didn’t cook but there seemed to be basics if someone wanted to. No coffee maker but there is a kettle and again coffee shops very close. And no clothes dryer but there’s a clothes rack for air drying on the porch. Hosts were great and let us reschedule after a family loss postponed our trip. Thanks!
