Room for improvement
Positive first impression, but looks can be deceiving. Reasons for taking off stars: 1. Parking was a pain. If we got back any later than 7:30pm there’s virtually NO parking or we’d have to park a mile away. 2. Communication with property manager was non existent. I sent an email requesting fresh towels and toilet paper and didn’t get a response till 4 days later and the issue wasn’t even addressed. 3. Cockroaches! Found three of them in the home on different occasions (two in the middle of the night during bathroom runs). Emailed property manager to take care of it. Her response 4 days later after we already checked out was that she can’t do anything unless I had “evidence” or pictures/videos of said cockroaches. I told her I couldn’t get my husband out of bed fast enough to kill them, I didn’t think of grabbing my phone for a photo shoot! I did ask her to take care of the issue for future renters, but again no response. The lack of communication and accountability are the main reasons I will not rent from them again.

A great place for a holiday close to the Stanmore railway for easy access to the city. A well equipped kitchen with views out to the railway and the city beyond. Great place to spot birds during the day and bats at night Loved the air conditioning!

The house was very comfortable and we all enjoyed relaxing in the different living spaces. I loved the downstairs sunroom. The air con was very much appreciated. Would love to come back.
