Great hotel but they don't seem to adhere to all gold/vip member benefits as in early check in (yes I'm aware its subject to avaiability) but when you have to argue with the staff that it's on my booking and they know nothing about it, there's 100% miscommunication between hotels.com and the hotel. other than that it's a great hotel and great location. very comfortable.

I liked the rooms and restaurant but thinks it’s absolutely ridiculous that this property doesn’t have its own parking and I had to walk in the rain with all my luggage up the street around the block to get to and from my car.

The rooms are beautiful, clean and safe. Concierge is professional and knowledgeable but very, very slow. I would prefer an online checkin with a simple"key" pickup/dropoff option.
