Chefs kitchen perfect to cook or entertain with dining room featuring a dishwasher , fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster and well stocked cupboards with everything you need in this home away from home.

Adjacent to the living space is a stylish dining area, complete with an elegant dining table for 6. This area is perfect for enjoying delicious meals together, whether prepared in the kitchen or brought in from your local restaurants to enjoy.

There is no allocated parking space at this property however the street and surrounding streets have free has unrestricted parking.

Plus a short stroll down the street to the ocean pool and wonderful cafes. If you enjoy golf, Randwick Golf Club is also only an easy 10 minute walk away.
