The hotel felt reminiscent of an Ikea store, and the small room we were given had a broken air conditioning unit.
When we were picked up from the airport, the man driving us chose to park on the opposite side, forcing us to get wet. My sister uses a walker, and it was frustrating that he didn't offer any assistance; he was too busy on his phone. Once we arrived at the hotel, instead of helping us with our suitcases, he simply left them at the front entrance and pointed out the ramp. We are both in our sixties, and a bit of consideration would have gone a long way.
