For our first, pre-cruise visit - yes! For our second post-cruise visit - no - because the Sydney Super Shuttle service was not as good as the hotel's own shuttle service! Room prices are a bit confusing - smoking/non-smoking seems to mean airport view versus city view. We stayed in both types - airport view is better.

Everything was great except one server at the bar. She was rude with the way she spoke to us as if rascist and derogatory. I ordered two beers and the one server that took my order was fine. He explained that they are cashless establishment so credit is fine but the other server chimed in rudely and said no to cash before I could answer that credit is fine. She poured the first beer. I ordered two so the person that took my order went to pour the second. She immediately questioned why he’s pouring another. Her attitude was very rude. I wish I had confronted her and asked for a name but I did not want to make a scene. If not for this one individual, I would have rated 5 for service.

Excellent basic hotel near airport. Stayed before and after cruise. Enjoyed breakfast selections. Friendly, helpful staff. Only downside is that between our first and second stay, their own airport shuttle was replaced with space on a contracted shuttle service. On one trip, it was 20 minutes late arriving and was not air conditioned. The second trip was fine. There were sufficient choices for lunch and dinner at the hotel, but no other local meal options besides the hotel across the road.

Front desk staff are very friendly & helpful. The room is well thought out, clean, quiet and the bed is very comfortable. I had dinner the night I arrived and the quality of food is great (I had the salmon poke bowl). Coffee from the coffee shop is also lovely. This is my second time staying at the Moxy Sydney and will stay again 🙂

The staff were friendly and helpful, even gave me fresh milk for my tea in the morning so didn't have to use UHT! Lobby is loud but fun with games for the kids and has a friendly atmosphere. The welcome drink was tasty!

Our stay at the Moxy was perfect. Nicole at check in was amazing. She was extremely efficient, customer service was excellent and she went above and beyond to make sure that we enjoyed our stay. Room was excellent as was the food in the bar. Would highly recommend to anyone.

Excellent location if you are flying in or out! Right by airport yet surprisingly quiet. Free airport shuttle! Rooms are clean, nicely decorated and bed super comfy. Love that they have water filling stations and provide jugs in rooms to fill up instead of plastic bottles. Very inviting and vibrant lobby with comfy chairs, games to play, music and a bar. Great food options and staff so accommodating. We arrived super early and got a room ready for us asap which we appreciated so much! Would definitely recommend!
