Our 3 Bedroom home in the heart of Newtown, is the ideal family space in Sydney's premier inner west destination.
The house is set over 2 levels with soaring high ceilings, an open plan living and dining area and a stunning open plan kitchen that flows into a welcoming outdoor area that also has private parking.
Located just off King St high street, with it's eclectic mix of locals, restaurants, bars, vintage shops, cafes and more you will be ideally situated to explore Sydney from here.
We are a company that does a lot of travelling so our best means of contact would be either through the app or please email us and my Team will respond as soon as possible!
Newtown is a highly desirable local area of Sydney that has a long and colourful history. With a thriving music, hospitality, fashion and late night scene, it is a must visit area of Sydney. There are also plenty of vintage shops for clothing and homewares, there is the Vegan mile nearby, various eclectic cocktail bars, high end restaurants and locally famous take away eateries - so there is something for everyone here!
Our home is a classic Sydney style Victorian era terrace with all the mod cons you'd expect in a modern home. We have an exceptional and fully equipped kitchen, with a breakfast bar/kitchen island surround by high end appliances and sleek cabinetry. Downstairs we have a bathroom that also doubles as a laundry with a washer and dryer available. We have a spacious outdoor area with festoon lighting and air-con available to make your stay incredibly comfortable.
The second level has 2 Queen sized bedrooms and a 3rd family room with 3 x single beds so the house can sleep 7 people comfortably. There is a second bathroom upstairs as well.
Newtown or St Peters Train stations are nearby and Newtown is also well served by local buses that go to the CBD and the Eastern Suburbs

*As per the Short Term Legislation Act 2020 NSW, all guests are required to obey these rules. For extra guests/day visitors, we must be informed for liability purposes.
*This is a no-party property. We do not allow parties/events of any sort. The maximum amount of guests allowed to sleep in this property is SEVEN people, however, we do allow day visitors of up to FOUR people. No more than a maximum of ELEVEN people are allowed in the property at any given time.
*Only the guests staying at the property are permitted to be present. If you wish to have visitors in addition to booked guests, you must advise us in writing prior to your stay and ensure you receive written permission.
*This home is a strictly no-smoking property. If any of our cleaners find any form of cigarette ash, butts or smell cigarettes in the home, we could issue a $500 fine.
*This is a domestic residence and we love our neighbours. We do not allow loitering or loud noise outside of the premises or inside of the premises. We ask for minimal noise especially after 9 pm.
*STRA Rules - By booking this home you automatically agree to all the STRA terms and conditions that are applicable to guests. You also agree that if you do break any of the house rules you will be asked to leave and no refund of the unused nightly rates will be returned.
*Check-in/Check-out - We cannot stress enough the importance of checking out on time. Our regular check-in time is after 3 pm and check-out time is before to 10 am. If you wish to have an earlier check-in or later check-out, please reach out to us first. Please note, there may be a charge.
*Changing of Dates Terms & Conditions
- Requests to change booking dates may only be accommodated if check-in is more than 1 month away.
- This is subject to approval and we reserve the right to decline any requests.
- Please note that there may be a surcharge to change the dates.
- Any changes to bookings are subject to approval and we ask all guests to reach out to us first.
THINGS TO KNOW:
*Check-in details will be sent either the night before checking in, or the morning of check-in for security reasons.
* We only provide 1 set of keys for each stay. We do not have extra sets.
*The home has 2 flights of stairs (24 steps) to reach the second floor.
*The 3 single beds in the 3rd bedroom can only accommodate people up to 170cm in height.
*The fireplaces are for display only and cannot be used.
*The home has one security camera facing the front entrance to the left of the front door. This is for the safety of our guests and the property.
*Our internal stairs handrails have gaps that little kids could fit through and fall. As a result the property is inappropriate for preschoolers.
*We have a parking garage that can fit one car. The dimensions of the garage are roughly (W) 2.87cm x (H) 2.17cm x (L) 5.5cm.
