New hotel with large clean rooms. Good undercover parking and close to shopping, restaurants, etc. Room service was very hit-and-miss. We stayed for 8 nights, and the tea and coffee were rarely replaced & when it was we were only provided with two satchets per day. On one day the rubbish wasn't emptied, and the pillow left without a slip. On another occasion we were left with only one towel. Overall a very comfortable stay, just disappointed with the room servicing.

Fantastic Hotel
From check in with very friendly Michelle offering us a glass of rose to our very comfortable room including the best shower water pressure, our whole stay of 6 nights was wonderful. We elected to have the breakfast buffet, which was great quality and delicious. Hotel close to shops and across the road from Penrith Panthers Club. Also close to train station. Travelling to Sydney was easily managed. We will definitely return.

Our room was very comfortable, spacious and clean. It was also very quiet despite being on a busy road. The restaurant was closed (Sunday night) but the cafe was a delightful spot to have a light meal and glass of wine. The hotel was easy to find and parking was located close to lifts.

Very nice place to stay. Comfortable and clean. Would stay again but will not add the buffet breakfast, very average for the cost plus I don’t think the chef knows how to properly cook bacon and eggs.

It is new hotel with good access to local town and walks. Staff need training. servicing of rooms terrible not even two star rating. Third visit in three weeks and last visit was worst. Complaints not taken seriously until check out. Need to improve service to keep 5 star rating for sure
