Recently built, this inviting and spacious four bedroom home is perfect for a family getaway or extended stay. Located on a quiet street close by the gorgeous North Woolooware village shops and train station, with the cafes, restaurants and beaches of Cronulla just a short stroll away.
Arrive through the keyless entry door to be greeted by architectural details of polished concrete floors, soaring ceilings and high end joinery. This stunning home flows over two levels, with open plan living downstairs, complete with a spacious kitchen with separate laundry and butlers pantry flowing onto a north-facing outdoor entertaining area with a BBQ. Boasting a stunning pool overlooking a private garden, this pet-friendly space is a perfect place to enjoy family time together.
The home has four bedrooms and three gorgeous bathrooms, including one with a large bath, as well as a separate second living area or rumpus room upstairs for the kids, and has plenty of space to accommodate families of up to six people. The home has ducted air conditioning throughout, as well as ceiling fans in every bedroom, ensuring your comfort in all seasons.
