Catch the train from Rockdale Station for a half-hour journey into the CBD, while Sydney Airport is a 15-minute drive away. This property comes with all the hallmarks of a high-end stay, including a swimming pool, BBQ, gourmet kitchen and multiple lounge areas.
Defined by its oversized, light-filled proportions, this home sets a benchmark for luxury living in Sydney’s south. It’s staged over three levels with a seamless flow between the indoors and out. Start the day with a dip in the swimming pool and end it with a sundowner on the upstairs veranda, this home caters to all hours.

On the lower ground floor you’ll find a spacious entertainment zone with table tennis, games and a TV. This area flows to the alfresco dining where an outdoor kitchen and BBQ encourages feasts in the fresh air. Heading upstairs you’ll find the main living and dining space. This area is open plan and opens to a covered balcony. There’s a gourmet kitchen designed around a central island and breakfast bar.
