The slate grey kitchen with a halogen cooktop is fully equipped with everything you need to whip up delicious meals during your stay. The open-plan living area is the perfect spot to relax and unwind after a long day of exploring the city. The exposed brick fireplaces add a cozy and rustic touch to the space, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere.
The bathroom features a beautiful marble vanity and a bathtub, where you can enjoy a relaxing soak after a day of sightseeing. The small side terrace is the perfect spot for a cafe-style breakfast or lunch. The skylights and dual-aspect ventilation ensure that the space is always bright and airy, creating a sense of openness and tranquility.
The master bedroom boasts a wide front balcony with stunning views of the city skyline. The room is beautifully decorated with comfortable bedding and stylish decor, creating a cozy and relaxing atmosphere. The second large bedroom features built-in wardrobes and air conditioning, ensuring a comfortable and restful night's sleep.
Please note: To maintain the cleanliness of the property and to follow the council rules, rubbish collection is scheduled every Wednesday so guests may be asked to take the bin out on a Tuesday night. We thank you in advance for your help and we look forward to your stay!

To abide by all legal requirements and building security rules, you may be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, provide a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID, and pass through our verification portal.

Please be advised that all guests will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. By completing the reservation you agree to the following:
You agree to be bound by our rental terms and conditions.
You acknowledge that you will be required to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card prior to check-in.
You understand that your check-in instructions might be withheld until you have successfully completed our verification portal.
Linen: We provide a full set of linens for each bed, a hand towel, face cloth and shower towel per guest. Extra linens can be provided for a fee. Please inquire before your stay.
Amenities: We provide a starter pack of amenities to last you the first few days of your stay but we do not replenish, you will need to purchase your own amenities after these run out.

Additional rules
Please make a note of the following during your stay as we want all our guests to be able to enjoy the place over and over again. And again don't forget to have a fabulous stay!
- All extra guest must leave the premises by 10 pm
- Strictly no smoking inside the premises - any evidence of smoking will result in a $150 fine.
- No parties or events - any evidence of parties or events will result in a $150 fine.
- Key loss will result in a charge of $300; and $150 will be charged if you lock yourself out and ask the host for assistance after office hours.
- Check-out time is by 10 am. Late check-out will result in a charge of $40 per hour. Keys need to be left in the apartment before the check-out time. Please leave your apartment tidy by washing your dishes and taking out any rubbish.
- Any FAULTS or BREAKAGES – please report any as and when it happens to ensure we can resolve it without any delays.
- Please note that additional cleaning charges will be applied for guests that leave the apartment in an unacceptable state.
- We only manage the apartments in the building and all of the building amenities are managed by the building management. Any amenity temporarily unavailable or under repair will be out of our control.
