On arrival we found mouldy cheese in the cupbourd, the kettle, toaster, milker, shower tiles - mould everywhere!, were thilthy. The oven was disgusting!! It stunk and was not cleaned! We had to go out to eat because there was no way were were putting any food into it. Cobwebs everywere. Outdoor furniture rundown, lounge stained and rundown. One of the basin taps squirted water everywhere. The property needs a serious reno. I emailed the booking people photos and didnt hear back. Then i called the property manager who didnt do anything about any of the issues. I smsd photos to him and still nothing! I rang him back and i was accused of being abusive!! Im a 62 tear old lady who is not abusive. I invited him to attend the property so i could show him. I wanted to use the oven. But nothing, no resolution. Absolutly pathetic.

Enjoyed our stay at Palm beach. Very close to everything we needed and a nice quiet unit. Clean, and a lovely wide verandah to enjoy an evening wine.
