Lovely property. Very clean and comfortable room. Check-in was a little strange, having to go into the bar to find someone to ask to get someone to open the check in counter. Also annoying that they didn’t take cash payment at the check-in desk (only card). But room was excellent and bistro for dinner was fabulous. Would stay again.

Our beds were comfortable, we had a good meal and the bar facilities were very tidy.

Air conditioning did not work, so cleaning staff would leave room window open, but that faced a grass alley which had insect, so they came into room. Rooms noisy due to entrance door slamming when people entered the motel. No hot breakfast available as food section no longer opens in the morning & no toaster in rooms. Bathroom exhaust vent was attached to ceiling with blue tack. Motel needs a lot of maintenance. I would be willing to pay the little bit extra for other motels/accommodation in the Liverpool/Bankstown area.

Have stayed here before and it has been ok - this trip the Bathroom stunk of Sewrage and took my breath away it was that bad , couldnt sleep as was up all night coughing, blocked the bottom of bathroom door with Towel to keep the smell inside the bathroom , very bad experience
