Terrible wouldn't stay again, I have allergies and to sleep in a supposed to be a non-smoking room that smells like smoke among other odors, blankets had cigarettes holes, roaches, and other insects need to call exterminator, had broken toilet seat. Overall JUST TERRIBLE, NEVER AGAIN!!!
I came down to Albany for my son's school's Homecoming at ASU. This was one of the closest hotels to the college. I was suppose to check in at 3pm but since there was so much traffic when I got to Atlanta I was 2 hours behind, My son called and the desk clerk assured him that I had nothing to worry about. Once I arrive he (desk clerk) was very nice. Good experience.
Worst accommodations I have ever stayed in and I have stayed in many over the years for both pleasure and travel. Manager/owner was rude. I complained about bugs in the bed and on the floor and flies and he did nothing until the day before I was set to leave. 5 days for hurricane evacuation. There is a huge gap in the door frame which is how the bugs are getting in. He didn't seem to understand he could save money by actually filling in the gap with weatherstripping (because of loss of heat and air). He has no comprehension how to assist a customer and seems ill fitted for this occupation. He actually waived me off and said 'you are dismissed'. He made this comment several times. The housekeeping staff were very nice but the cleanliness was not adequate. There were dead bugs on the floor, the drawers smelled musty. This is a good location and they do accept pets, but manager/owner does not seem to understand how he can attract customers because he is only focused on the 'one night' instead of all the little things that make a big difference. The rooms are a decent size. Also, photos online showed desks in room but there are none. Furniture in the handicap unit was not organized well. There is no coffee. In a nutshell, the owner is a cheapskate. Price was comparable to Motel 6.
This inn was great. There was a bit of a language barrier because it was Indian owned. But they were so nice, allowed us to check in early. The bed was so comfortable. It had the soft warm blanket you love when staying at hotels. The water pressure was amazing in the shower. The pillows were the best we did not even have to use our own. Just a great experience for the price. I definitely recommend staying here! And we travel a lot as over the road truckers we stay in many hotels in many places. This has been just the best so far for the price.
Half the lights in the room didn't work. Live roach in the bathroom. Woke up bug bites on my arm. Not coming back.

The rooms are decent for a short stay, but they could benefit from a deep clean. The motel does not offer breakfast and does not have a pool. It is located close to town with convenient access to restaurants. The staff speaks very little english, but were friendly. Overall, I would recommend this motel for brief visits, especially if you’re looking for a budget-friendly option and do not want to drive to the next town.
It was an older outdated motel. It was clean just not very nice. The owners got in a shouting match with one standing out side my door shouting at the other one that was outside by the office at about 8:30 PM that was the first time I ever had to open my door to shush an owner of an establishment.
Not horrible, but you get what you pay for. If you just need a place to sleep, it is fine. Condition is fair at best. There are not a lot of options in Sylvester. Cheap and adequate.
