The staff is very friendly and helpful the breakfast was very good the rooms have a lot of space we really enjoyed our stay definitely would stay there again.

Not happy

Second stay and will be the last. Once again, upon arrival, the room was freezing cold with the heat shut off. It was 20 degrees out and snowing. Took hours to warm up, but with no carpeting, the floor was like ice. Had to get up early to drive home and was told the hotel was OUT OF COFFEE! How is this possible?? Very poor management. Will not be back. The folks who gave this place a high rating must have very low standards.

Checked in during a snowstorm- hallways were nice and warm, room was freezing cold!! The heater was located under a shelf in the bedroom, had to crawl underneath with a flashlight to adjust. The living area never really warmed up enough to be comfortable. Nasty communal products on the bathroom wall did not work but fortunately I had brought some of my own products. Had to clean up the living room chair that had some kind of dried crud on it. The bed was comfortable and the shower was hot though, so for an overnight stay it was adequate. Coffee in the lobby was good too, but skipped the breakfast. Would probably stay again for the price and location, hopefully we get a better room next time.

Located in a convenient location to & from the Syracuse airport. The suite was spacious with all the amenities of being at home with your own refrigerator, stove & microwave. We definitely will stay here again!

Cresthill is one of our normal places to stay when we go to Syracuse. This time though, when we got into the room, it was cold, so we put on the heater, After an hour, it was still freezing! The staff were wonderful and moved us to a different room with a working heater.
