The rooms for being a newer hotel were dirty and already showing wear. The staff was very unfriendly, like we were bothering them.

I was very disappointed with the cleanliness of the room to say the least. The bedroom had specks of glitter around it the carpets are stained all throughtout the entire room. And moat disguating of all was the pull out couch mattress was stained yellow, most likely urine.

Please don't stay here

I strongly advise against staying at this property. My family and I arrived at 2:30 AM, only to be informed that, despite our confirmed booking, they had no available rooms. We were exhausted from a long drive, and our teenagers were with us. As a supposed "favor," they provided us with a dirty room, and when we requested assistance with clean sheets, we were told that housekeeping was unavailable. My husband went downstairs to retrieve some clean sheets, and we ended up sleeping on the floor. The establishment refused to take responsibility for the booking error, leaving us frustrated and disappointed. To make matters worse, we paid over $500 for this unacceptable experience.

The hotel was situated near an outlet mall. The roads going to and coming out are under construction but the delay was minimal. Room was clean and quiet.

The room was extra big, the buffet breakfast was delicious but for the cost- service need to Improve. As a business female, being able to have itemized receipts is a huge part of my trips. The manager was not able to provide an itemized receipt for my snack purchases. If I had known that I would Not have purchased them.

Loved this hotel!

This hotel was perfect! The made to order breakfast was a nice touch to the already plentiful breakfast options! The happy hour was a great way to get everyone down for dinner. The proximity to the mall was great for our family. We had a 3 legged trip in New York and this was our best stay overall!

Didn't love this hotel. Initial put off was the $25.00 we were charged to park our car in the hotel parking lot. It would be different if this was an area of limited parking (lot was huge) or of course if we weren't overnight guests at the hotel. Had I known we would have had to pay for parking, we never would have stayed here. The room was worn and just felt dirty and cheap. The continental breakfast offering in the morning was a bright spot. We got in late and were out early on our way to Montreal. So the breakfast was a plus, but really the only one.

I can definitely see that the angle Miss Paris is playing against Air B&B is working here!!! :) Absolutely stunning hotel, amazing room, perfect layout, spacious, clean, great staff, incredible breakfast, room service doesn't bother you until after 11... Checked in late, clerk was wonderful. Loved the water w fruit in the lobby. Room was clean but smelled horrible. $15 for parking in a not busy area and a $250!!!! hold for incidentals is RIDICULOUS. I’ve been to many 4 star hotels and holds aren’t even that high there. Despite convenient location I would not stay again.
