Great hotel, best breakfast

Travelling with 2 young children love the seperate room options. Also returned a 2nd time as the breakfast spread is phenomenal with made to order custom omelettes. The Managers daily cocktail reception is a nice touch as well. Only drawback is the fee to park. Last time we stayed there was no fee which made sense considering there are literally acres of available parking available out front.

Overcharged for parking one vehicle had to call to get that fixed plus I was never told from the get-go that they charge for parking now $15 a night all I was given was a pass that said please put this in your window before midnight no mention of any sort of fee I've stayed at this place numerous times if you want to charge people fine but you need to at least make them aware of it from the start plus the hotel is run down and dirty I will not be staying there anymore

we were in Syracuse for a volleyball tournament mistakenly we booked the wrong Embassy suit and canceled on line !! The property charged me a cancellation fee and it was cost to stay 1 night I was only staying one night Hilton customer service was rude and Totally unaccommodating i will stay with Marriot for all further business trips and vacations

I arrived to the hotel thinking everything was ok because I had already paid $250.00 online. After check out, I realized that I was charged online (before I arrived) and at the hotel of $250.00. NO ONE has an answer for me, the phone number online for Embassy Suites DOES NOT WORK. Customer service has transferred me 4 times. The room was OK, at best, and the bathroom door was broken, then charged $500 for 1 night stay. Pretty crappy experience all around!

The beds in the rooms were absolutely disgusting. Stains and food crumbs on the mattresses beneath the sheets. The elevators were covered in filth and not cleaned during the time we were there.
