The house is located on an approximately 1.800 sqm large property, with beautiful garden and close to the beach. The rocks are very shallow and there are numerous coves where the water is initially flat and therefore suitable for children. A small sandy bay is also nearby. A large sandy beach is only 5 km away.

The house is divided as follows: The ground floor has a living area of ​​approx. 70 square meters and consists of 3 bedrooms (2x double bed, 1x single bed), 1 bathroom, eat-in kitchen/living room with a cozy open fireplace and a very beautiful, large covered terrace . The upper floor (approx. 75 sqm) is only accessible from the outside and consists of 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, kitchen with terrace. All rooms are air-conditioned. When booking up to 5 people, only the ground floor is rented. From 6 people, the upper floor is automatically included.

Both the large garden and the pool are for sole use. Parking for several cars is on the property.

The upper floor can only be rented in connection with the ground floor, i.e. it cannot be rented elsewhere.

The house was renovated in 2022.

Toller Urlaub in Ognina
Schönes Haus mit sehr großem Außenbereich. Pool und extra Küche im Außenbereich, welche sehr geräumig ist und ein weiteres Bad mit Toilette und Dusche besitzt. Das Meer ist ist in 2 min fußläufig zu erreichen, hier allerdings nicht zum Baden geeignet. Mehrere schöne Strände in nur wenigen Fahrminuten zu erreichen. Genauso wie die schönen Orte Syrakus, Avola und Noto. Die Kommunikation mit der Agentur war einfach und problemlos und sie standen uns mit Tipps zur Seite. Wir hatten eine tolle Woche in der Unterkunft in Ognina.
