This was our second time staying at the Super 8 Liverpool. The room is always spotless, as are the hallways and the premises overall. The staff is courteous and friendly. Super 8 Liverpool is our place to stay in Syracuse!

When we pulled up to unload our stuff to check in around 11pm after a 12 hr drive there was a crowd of around 20 people blocking the entrance so we couldn’t even pull our car up. They were all drinking alcohol and being really loud. After checking in we went to our room which was facing the front of the hotel right near the main lobby where the crowd was and happened to be right outside our window. We had to deal with their loudness until around 1am which made it extremely difficult to fall asleep. The next morning My boyfriend took a quick shower @ 9am and then I went to take one about 20 minutes after him. after 1 minute there was no hot water. I was stuck taking a freezing cold shower. Then as I am standing in a towel a maid barges right in without knocking or identifying herself because she thought we already checked out. When I addressed these issues with the lady who said she was the front desk manager her only response was “oh sorry about that”. Absolutely ridiculous and uncalled for. Definitely will not be staying here again and will definitely not recommend to any family or friends coming to visit as a place to stay.

Exceptional Value
Exceptional value for the price; very clean, fairly recent renovations - we were delightfully surprised at how nice the property was, and in a very good neighborhood. We didn’t have the breakfast, but McDonald’s was across the driveway - perfect. I wouldn’t hesitate to book this property again.

Everything was great, except the thermostat wasn't working. The heat was all or nothing. Thank GOD it was warm and not much heat was needed. Advised the front desk at checkout. They will take care of it.

Clean and comfortable room. We stayed here because it had an airport shuttle. Our driver was prompt and courteous. . Breakfast was sparce, but at least they offered asomethinprompt
