The hotel is situated in a busy commercial/residential. The location is very convenient - eateries, coffee shop, convenience store, transportation, all conveniently close. The hotel lobby is on the 4th floor and it is a bit strange that there was a neighbourhood wet market beneath the hotel (on the ground floor, around the back) but it did not affect my use of the hotel. The hotel itself is tastefully decorated. Provided complimentary coffee, tea and drinks in the fridge. The room was large. Free-standing bath tub and separate shower. Japanese bidet. Very nice bed. All in all, very satisfactory. Staff was helpful.

I booked the deluxe double room and was pleased with the large spacious room. In addition to a shower, the room has a separate bathtub by the window. Hotel staff is very friendly. I was able to leave my luggage with the front desk after I checked out so that I could explore the city before my flight. The hotel breakfast buffet offers a good selection of local and western food. However, I found other places for Chinese breakfast (buns and soy milk) near the hotel. For those who enjoy exploring local cuisine, I do not recommend pre-paying for the hotel breakfast.

The room was big, modern, comfortable and well-equipped. Bed was comfortable. Complimentary tea, coffee, water and soft drinks provided. Staff was helpful and obliging. Convenience stores, restaurants, market nearby. So is not arena and a park. All round a pleasant stay.

This is rated as a 3 star but in my eyes it’s a 5 star . Better than many nice vegas hotels I’ve stayed in . The entire hotel has a very tranquil forest vibe , decor is beautiful everywhere . We stayed for 5 nights and the staff was incredibly thoughtful , helpful. The doorman was helping us catch taxis . The maid was very considerate .The location is prime , open produce market nearby , food court right on the side of the building . All kinds of convenience stores , well known eats nearby. A couple blocks away from a major metro station . The room itself was filled with the best amenities , drinks and snacks for free .a nespresso machine. A fridge — many nice vegas hotels are missing this and charging for hot water so the fact that this hotel can provide all of that in such a paradise of a place is amazing . I couldn’t recommend this hotel enough .this was my first time staying at a hotel in Taiwan and I couldn’t have been more satisfied ** the only thing I can say is that the hot springs is not free , it’s a spa type service you have to pay for

It’s a few minutes drive from the airport. There are restaurants and convenient stores right outside the hotel. The hotel room is very roomy, clean, and modern. The mini bar is also free.

I happen to be here during the Typhoon season. There is no room service for food, during Typhoon we are advised not to go out, so i had to go 7-11 to stock up since the hotel does not have restaurant. There is no spa available at that time during to renovation.

Hotel advertised its own hot springs, sauna and spa. So really unimpressed that they couldn’t be bothered to open them for guests just because it was low season.

We arrived straight from the airport at 2pm and were disappointed that our room was not available, a little inconvenient given 2 tired kids at hand. Understandably, official check-in time is at 4pm but most other hotels would be able to accomodate given there are rooms that get cleaned first. Anyways, I also chose this hotel because its relatively new and its design looked very stylish on the website. But I was very disappointed. Our room already looked worn with severe stains on the beige carpet and mildew stains around shower doors, etc, and the towels were already "off white" and rough. I was told they get a lot of tour groups which perhaps explains then speedy wear and tear.

Such a fun hotel!
The overall ambience of the hotel was extremely fun! The lobby, the elevator, and the hallways all were very well decorated and lend themselves to the theme properly. The room was extremely comfortable and provided all the amenities needed. I would highly recommend this top hotel.
