I have been staying in this hotel when coming back to Taiwan for many years. But this year, i was very disappointed. They give me a room by the elevator and was super annoying when elevator beep every time plus people was talking and can't sleep the whole night. I have ask them to switch the room for me. but no one seems to be care

It was ok location-wise, close to the famous temple and the MRT station. The hotel room was clean and tidy but it was too humid.

Checkin is really chaotic, all self-service but their machine doesn’t work well. The button pushing is really tricky - you have to use the right force and certain speed, otherwise the system will throw an error. I tried 10 times to pass through their system
