The bathroom door accidentally being locked without us actually locking it. Take half an hour to solve the problem which delay our trip schedule. They end up remove the lock entirely so that the bathroom door cannot be locked for the rest of the stay. Didn't arrange for another room.

Found the staff at the reception desk to be lukewarm and dismissive from check-in and when I needed assistance. The room itself was okay but there was an ongoing leak somewhere that ruined the carpet in the room, which didn't seem to be attended to by housekeeping staff. The gym at the hotel was very basic, only had cardio equipment and no weights. Elevators took an eternity and were extremely slow moving, clearly not designed for the number of guests that the hotel had. For me the location was convenient, about a 20 minute walk to Ximending, but might be a bit far for people wanting to be more central. Overall a very average experience, could have been better.

We like this hotel a lot, location is excellent, few minutes walk to the MRT and local train station just right down stairs. We got a corner room with nice view, also very quiet at night, bed is comfortable, room is clean. We will definitely stay here again.

I and my family (4 people including 2 kids under 12) stayed at Caesar for 8 nights in TW. The overall experience has been really good except for when booked through Expedia, it led me in believing that its family room configuration was large enough for 4 of us, however its configuration only includes 1 double bed and 1 single bed. 3 of us had to Jam Pack on one double bed. The description of the rooms should be more descriptive to include the bed configuration via Expedia.

The staff were very helpful and kind. The room is a bit outdated; however, the property located right at the heart of Taipei. Therefore, it is very convenient to get around even via public transportation.

I have been staying in this hotel when coming back to Taiwan for many years. But this year, i was very disappointed. They give me a room by the elevator and was super annoying when elevator beep every time plus people was talking and can't sleep the whole night. I have ask them to switch the room for me. but no one seems to be care
