Clean with good ammenities. Free laundry service and snacks/drinks available. 5min walk from Taipei Main station with convenience stores nearby. Area of improvement would be noise isolation in the room. Overall good stay experience.

The property is right next to exit 3 of Ximen Station so it is really convenient. The staff are always polite and helpful. The hotel room is clean and beds are comfortable, with 2 pillows for each person. Hotel also provides feebies like snacks, UCC coffee and there is a water dispenser at the lobby. It even provides instant noodles for supper! The only down side is that there aren't sufficient hooks to hang clothes in the bathroom and bedroom. Amazingly good value! Highly recommended.

The staff was very nice and provided a lot of help. They contacted me to give me an accessible room since I walk with a cane. They would suggest places to eat and things to do. They give you a free umbrella to use. I used the shuttle (charge about 1200 TWD) to Taoyuan airport since a typhoon was coming in and I had a lot to carry, and it was worth the money. It's located right next to Ximending area and the Ximen Metro station so it was incredibly convenient. Would come back and stay again. The room was clean and comfortable. Thank you again!

The friendliness and helpfulness of all the staff is simply extraordinary. For example, when we would walk in the main doors, the staff would all rise to greet us with very welcoming smiles. They go above and beyond what could possibly be expected from a front desk. A request for nearby specific cuisine ideas gave us several pages of customized restaurant and night market recommendations with photos and personal thoughts. This was completely unexpected, and we were blown away. These pages are now souvenirs of our trip. We would easily give far more stars than the five maximum for the Staff & service rating. The rooms are clean and modern, albeit somewhat small by western standards. That said, we had plenty of room for two adults with medium sized checked airline baggage. Hotel amenities are great, such as free laundry, coffee, and tea in the basement lounge area which is available for relaxing before the (strict) 3:00 PM check-in. We cannot recommend this hotel and their staff & service enough. We plan to return to Taipei in the future and will definitely plan to stay here again.

The staff at the hotel was exceptional, they all spoke English as well. The location couldn’t have been better as you were steps away from the metro train, which was unbelievably convenient for getting around the city. Outstanding hotel for the Value. Highly recommend to book this hotel for your taipei stay!!it's just a 1 minute walk away from Ximen mrt exit 3 and it's less than a 3 mins walk to the famous ximending shopping street!!many dining options around the area and the famous make up drugstore is just round the corner with tourist tax refund too! Hotel is very clean and there is daily housekeeping too!we get clean room and fresh sheets every single time we returned to the hotel!!The room is not so squeezy as we thought as we can place two big luggages on the floor too!The toilet is clean with good water pressure and temperature!The toilet bowl is also the japan kind of toilet with warm sets and bidet!!!what a cool toilet bowl! The air con can be adjusted too which is great as we do not like the room to be too cold! The only downside is the noise insulation which we can hear the next door using the tap but we cannot hear them talking or anyone talking at the corridor so it's not that bad after all for the noise level. THE HOTEL SERVICE STAFF SERVICE IS SUPER EXCELLENT!!!!EVERY SINGLE ONE OF THE STAFF ARE SO HELPFUL AND ATTENTIVE!!they always tried their best to answer our queries and always greet us with a smile when we enter and leave the hotel!their service is top notch and even better than some 4 stars hotel that we stayed!!we are so impressed with their service!!they even help us to arrange airport transfer at only 1200TWD which is cheap than arranging our own taxi. i will go back and stay here again!!!

No breakfast but there’s possibility of buying breakfast from hotel partners. Conveniently location (honestly this is the best). Free instant noodle at night and in room snacks. The only down side is the sound proof of neighbouring rooms which one of the night went a little wild also room is slightly small but toilet is quite big.

The staff made our stay 6 star. With the laundry, free coffee and chill out zone, we could not fault our stay. I bit of road noise until midnight, but that was all. Would highly recommend to everyone
