The staff is very friendly, the room is clean, delicious local and Western breakfast buffet and the 24-hour self-service laundry is convenient and free. The location is also excellent, being close to everything.

Excellent hotel in a good location. I was in a business room and then moved to a more spacious elite room. The business room was fine but for the extra money, I preferred the brighter and larger elite room. Really good value for my stay. Breakfast had good selection and changed daily. Free laundry was really convenient. Quiet room even though faced the street Ability to order pineapple cakes at a discounted rate delivered to your room too. Will definitely come back.

The breakfast is no good. The space for it is so tiny that you have to wait for some time to get a table. The staff members are nice and kind which was the most attractive point of the hotel that is very precious.

The location is perfect, with a convenient store downstairs and plenty of restaurants open late. Breakfast is also provided. The staff are helpful and friendly. The only thing I didn't like about my stay was the carpet, which seemed dirty in our room.

Charming - hard to fault
I'm a frequent business traveller so I prefer my holiday hotels to have a bit more local charm. In this respect the Dandy Hotel Tianjin was perfect for me and the rooms are refurbished (bathrooms are excellent). The breakfast was also good and staff were friendly and helpful. One thing to note - I stayed in a "business room" which has a window but looks out over a very narrow alley. I like it since it was quiet, but it could be gloomy for some.

This boutique hotel exceeded our expectations. For a small hotel, the breakfast buffet was excellent. We had two rooms: One on the fire break (while it was a nice room, it had very little natural light) and one on the street (with lots of natural light). There's a nice park nearby. Recommend this place!

The rooms are in need of a paint job but they were clean and decently appointed. We thought that the hotel would be quite noisy but that didn’t prove to be the case. I never did get the HVAC working properly, every fan speed and temperature set seemed to produce the same result. Not much English is spoken by the staff but they bend over backwards to help you, very impressed by a young crew.

This hotel was very quiet and the staff were wonderful. Our room was quite tiny and really had NO room for a suitcase. Other than the size of the room, the hotel was very nice.

Excellent staff and location
The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. And the location is great. But the bed in my room was not particularly comfortable and the walls were white and nicked. The shower was hit and high pressure but hard to get into (it was in a bathtub that was high off the ground). If you have allergies to feathers, ask in advance for non-feather pillows and a comforter. It was very late when I arrived and realized all the bedding was feathers. The staff did find me non-feather bedding.
