The second time we stayed at the hotel in our latest trip, upon entering the room it smelled like someone urinated in the bedroom! The two cleaning ladies who were sent to our room also smelled the strong odour. After several unsuccessful attempts to remove the smell from the carpet and/or wall, I phoned the front desk and they changed the room without explanation or apology. Not sure how the staff can miss such an obvious issue!

The staff were so easy to talk to and helpful when we needed assistance. This location is super central to everything and the breakfast is fantastic. Beds are quite hard but I noticed that seems to be standard in Taiwan
