Room was well equipped and a good use of the small space. The shower was hot and powerful. The bed was comfortable. Another pillow would have been good. Tea, hot and cold water and coffee provided. Staff were friendly amd professional

Excellent customer service, best experience that we've ever had; better than some well known international 4/5 stars hotels. All the front desk are very friendly and thoughtful; especially Joseph. He had a couple small issues with our rooms, Joseph was prompt in response and take of our requests beyond what we anticipated for a 3 star hotel. Thank you Joseph!! The rooms are clean and neat. Space is a bit tight just like in other big cities in the world. Good value and location.

Amazing customer service. Great location. Small hotel and it felt cozy. Comfortable room too. WiFi was useless (very slow, dropped frequently). Room was clean but the shower could have been a bit cleaner.

Hotel is located in a convenient location and they provides free beer for redemption at the nearby restaurant as well as, coffee and drinks at lobby. Room is very small but considering the price, it is ok.

The hotel side was kind enough to extend late check out till 12pm and also able to let us extend 1 extra day (few hours only since check in 3pm and we departed again around 5plus to Airport) which I used the lucky draw vouchers to offset

Its a good place for a short stay. Location is good, very close to Taipei Main station (5 mins), night markets and late night shopping. Bear in mind room is tight, but is clean and breakfast is not available.

The location is good, very convenient; however, room was so tiny & the bed was squeezed between three walls, we have to climbed back and forth into bed; there’s a tiny little window ( like 1 square meters), feels like a prison’s cell.
