So much potential!

Been staying here for past 20 years. Location is excellent and value for money. However, the hotel is now very tired & desperately needs upgrading & refurb. The breakfast food was below average but the happy hour food was good. I found the staff lacking in training & language skills this time. Overall, with the competition in Taipei now, this hotel needs to up their game!

こちらのホテルを利用させていただくのは２回目でした。スタッフの皆さんの対応、設備の一つひとつへの心配りがとても素敵なホテルです。観光で疲れて一息つきたい時にも軽食をいただけるサービスもあります。お部屋の設備も行き届いており、スマホの充電ケーブルがあったり、アイロンもあったりと細かいところのサービスがとても素敵なホテルでした。 スタッフの皆さんもとても感じの良い方たちで、気持ちよく過ごす事ができました。

以前から利用したいと思っていました。大変、落ち着いた良いホテルでした。フロントでは足ツボマッサージ店の予約などを大変、丁寧に対応していただきました。朝食やハッピーアワーの内容も大変満足できるものでした。ただ一点、シャワーブースのドアの隙間から水が飛び出します。ドア金具を見直す必要があるようですね。
